Armeta is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with us. This Armeta Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes Armeta Analytics LLC and its affiliated entities (collectively “Armeta,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the“Company”) privacy practices for our websites, services, and apps that link to this policy.

Armeta is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit the Company’s Web sites (“Visitors”), individuals who register to use the Services as defined below (“Customers”), and individuals who register to attend the Company’s corporate events (“Attendees”). Armeta is committed to maintaining the privacy of all users of the website (Visitors, Customers, Attendees, and other website visitors are referred to herein collectively as “Users”).

Armeta Services

We provide Services to our Customers. As part of the Services, customer data maybe stored on our computer systems. As our Customer, when you use our Services to process data you have collected, you control the data you collect, what data is uploaded to the Services, and how that data is used. The collection, use, transfer, and retention of customer data in our Services are governed by our Customer’s privacy policy, not this Privacy Policy. As a data processor, we will cooperate with you in your efforts to control your data.

Information Collected by Armeta

Armeta registration and customer support

You may provide us with information about you when you complete an Armeta web form, register to use an Armeta website (such as www.armeta.com) or Service, request a Services demonstration, respond to an advertisement, contact Armeta for support or other offerings, apply for employment at Armeta, or attend an event or forum in which Armeta is hosting or participating. During such processes, we collect Personal Information about you. For example, we may collect your name, company name, address, email, phone number, billing and payment information, position, or title. We may also collect other public and third party information about you to supplement your profile, such as public information about the company where you work.

For example, we receive information that your browser or device sends to our servers whenever you visit an Armeta website. We use the services of Auth0 and Google Analytics on our website. We use Auth0 for user management and user authorization. It is a required service for our website which ensures only authorized users have access to our website and the private services that we provide. Auth0 stores information such as your email, IP address, last login time, and signup date. We use Google Analytics for tracking website usage and patterns. Google Analytics track information such as which pages you visit, how long you use the website, your IP address, your email, and what type of device you are using. This information is used internally to identify trends in the use of our services and to help drive improvements to the overall experience. Google Analytics is not required for the use of our website and service, so you may withdraw consent for its use at any time. This data is never shared with any 3rd party without your explicit agreement.

Information security and storage

We understand that the security of your Personal Information is important. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security controls designed to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We conform to the best practices and take all the reasonable steps in order to ensure the security of your Personal Information.

We will inform you within 72 hours should the event of a data-breach occur where our systems become compromised and your Personal Information becomes accessed. We will also take all the legal steps required to address the situation.

Your Personal Information and data files are stored on our servers and the servers of our affiliated companies and companies we hire to provide services to us.

Cross-border data transfers

Your Personal Information may be stored in the UnitedStates, or transferred to other countries where the companies we hire to help us run our business are located, such as Australia, India, Japan, South Africa, and the United Kingdom. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the information. Armeta adheres to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework regarding Personal Information transferred from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to Armeta, Inc. in the U.S., as described in our Privacy Shield Privacy Policy. Reviewing, updating or deleting your Personal Information

We take reasonable steps intended to ensure that your Personal Information we collect is accurate, complete, and current by using the most recent information provided to us. Our websites and Services may allow you to review and edit your Personal Information by accessing your profile or similar feature of the website or Service you are using. For our websites, you will have the ability to view your current consent setting and allow you to change them at your discretion.

Some of your information may also remain on backup systems after your use of our websites and Services ends.
